About This Project

AP Uniforms had already built a loyal customer base of over 40,000 healthcare professionals in Canada. When they decided to expand into the United States, they needed more than a duplicate storefront — they needed a partner who could architect a multi-regional commerce operation from the ground up.

Sunrise Digital Labs led the full US market launch: a dedicated Shopify storefront for American customers, a custom-built Next.js landing hub with automatic region detection, real-time warehouse stock automation to keep inventory accurate across both markets, and business intelligence dashboards that give the AP Uniforms team clear visibility into sales, inventory, and customer trends.

We implemented structured data and review schema markup for search engine visibility, and went further with LLM discovery optimization — ensuring the brand surfaces accurately when healthcare professionals ask AI assistants for scrub recommendations.
